A dedicated staff serves Luther Manor Nursing Home residents and Apartment tenants three delicious meals a day and nutritional snacks throughout the day. Our menu design is a five-week menu cycle, which offers two meal choices for the lunch and evening meals. The meals are reflective of generational preferences and likes/dislikes of our residents to create a unique and exceptional dining experience for our residents.
We manage different diet types and special diet management for those who require it. To aid the food service department’s of specialized diets we employ a consulting registered dietician. The consultant monitors meal intakes, weight, medication, and lab results of our residents. The consulting dietician recommends any dietary changes for our residents as well as possible medical intervention through he resident’s physician. Luther Manor Nursing Home enjoys an open relaxed dining area, letting the resident dine during a specific time period, utilizing an open dining concept. This allows a unique dining experience with a personal touch.
In the Apartments, meals are served buffet style with dietary staff to serve our residents on a 1:1 basis. An occasional themed meal gives our residents variety in their dining experience, with special attention given to Holidays.
