The Heritage Society honors those who have included Luther Manor in their estates while still alive.
Membership in the society is a testimonial of their belief in the mission and ideals of Luther Manor.
Planned gifts, such as a will, life insurance policy, gift annuity, or charitable trust are just some examples.

 
 

Our Tree of Life recognizes donors who have shared with Luther Manor through the years. It is located in the front entrance of Luther Manor.

The engraved leaves on the Tree of Life represents gifts starting at $500 or more.

The Luther Manor Foundation was set up to provide financial assistance to Martin Luther Home Corporation doing business as Luther Manor. The foundation is set up as an Iowa non-profit tax exempt corporation under the Internal Revenue code Section 501(c)(3).

The foundation will provide assistance to Luther Manor for capital projects, for program changes and additions, for educational or community outreach programming, and for other reasons. The foundation board of directors meets on a quarterly basis to consider the needs of Luther Manor and to conduct other foundation business.

Many types of gifts are accepted into the foundation including cash, bonds, bequests, gift annuities, life insurance, and other instruments of planned giving.
