Luther Manor is a special place nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Dubuque, Iowa.
Established in 1949 as a non-profit home providing health care and related services for aging persons and their families. Our doors are open to all in need of care regardless of race or religious affiliation.
Located in the west end, we continually upgrade and improve our facility, provide award-winning staff that provides excellent care and peace of mind to both our residents and their families.

You are the wind beneath our wings...
Appeal 2008 “You are the wind beneath our wings. . .” will kick-off on September 15th, 2008 at our Donor Dinner. The $200,000, 2 year appeal will be to remodel Wendt Willows and Bluff View with new wardrobes, dressers, nightstands, headboards, footboards, chairs and over the bed tables. We will also be moving the nurses stations for centered care. To donate call 588-1413. You generosity is greatly appreciated.
DRA Grant received: Thank you DRA for the $4000 grant we received. It will be used to purchase new electric beds for the residents.
